Gros, an avid Saints fan with a bit of temper, took umbrage at Folse's lack of faith, and told him that Saints were going to pull the game out, while throwing in a "Who Dat" for good measure. Folse shot back that Gros needed to "shut his mouth," and Gros responded with a few profane words, Dalesandro said.

She said the argument escalated at that point because Folse told her boyfriend that if he didn't watch his mouth, Folse was going to spray his house with bullets.

Dalesandro said Gros kept walking down the street, and was joined by his brother, who also was at the house watching the game. She said that when Folse came back out of the house, he was carrying a black handgun. Folse pointed the weapon at Gros and fired one shot before yelling out, "I told you so," Dalesandro said.
