The cell phone jammer is just another censorship device!

I'm not bothered in the least by people using cell phones in public. When ever I'm riding on the bus, I see people using cell phones all the time.

Now, I can understand why in some places cell phone use can't be allowed. For example: in a public library, or in a movie theater, or in a court room, you'll usually see a sign posted saying that you should turn off your cell phone. Also in hospitals, because the cell phone signals can interfere with electronic medical equipment.

But otherwise, on the bus, or in a restaurant, or on the streets, or anywhere else that's public, I'm not the least bit distracted by people using cell phones.
