I think the worst time to have a heart attack is when you are playing a game of charades...or a game of fake heart attack.

Re: The What Song Are You Listening To Thread
Well, since there is nothing but crap on Ye Olde Boob Tube today (Saturday May 2) I'm now listening to my favorite Hebrew songs.
As I have mentioned a few times before, I'm in the process of converting to Judaism and every Saturday morning on Shabbot, I go for Torah Studies and religious services at a Reform Synagogue, and although I still haven't learned to speak Hebrew yet, I am learning to sing all of our songs in Hebrew. It's a really cool language!
Here is some of my favorite Hebrew songs that I'm listening to right now.
Bar'chu by Rachelle Nelson
Sh'ma Yisrael and V'ahavta by Scott Leader and Julie Silver
Mi Chamocha by Robbi Sherwin
Adonai S'fatai Tiftach by Craig Taubman
Kedushah by Bonia Shur
R'tzei by Stephen Richards
Modim Anachnu Lach by Jeff Klepper
Sim Shalom by Aaron Bodor and Rabbi Larry Bach (My Rabbi at Temple Mount Sinai)
Yih'yu L'ratson (composer unknown)
Shir Chadash by Juli Silver
This album was recorded at Temple Mount Sinai where I go on shabbot.
These songs are really cool. Hebrew rocks!!!
Shalom!

All I want to hear from an ex-jock is "Will that be paper or plastic?" After that he can shut the fuck up!
Heah comes da judge! Heah comes da judge! Order in da court 'cuz heah comes da judge!

Live and Learn (Sonic Adventure 2 Theme) - Crush 40
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9zZus_1_ag
Lyrics
Can you feel life movin' through your mind,
Ooh, looks like it came back for more!
Yeah!
Can you feel time slippin' down your spine,
Ooh, you try and try to ignore!
Yeah!
But you can hardly swallow,
Your fears and pain.
When you can't help but follow,
It puts you right back where you came.
Live and learn!
Hanging on the edge of tomorrow,
Live and learn!
From the works of yesterday.
Live and learn!
If you beg or if you borrow,
Live and learn!
You may never find your way.
Whooooa, yeah!
Can you feel life tangle you up inside?
Yeah, now you're face down on the floor!
Oh!
But you can't save your sorrow,
You've paid in trade!
When you can't help but follow,
It puts you right back where you came.
Live and learn!
Hanging on the edge of tomorrow,
Live and learn!
From the works of yesterday.
Live and learn!
If you beg or if you borrow,
Live and learn!
You may never find your way.
Hey, whoa, whoa,
Oh yeeeeeeeeeeeah!
-INSTRUMENTAL-
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
-INSTRUMENTAL-
There's a face searching far, so far and wide.
There's a place where you dream you'd never find.
Hold on to what if?
Hold on to what if?
Live and learn!
Hanging on the edge of tomorrow,
Live and learn!
From the works of yesterday.
Live and learn!
If you beg or if you borrow,
Live and learn!
You may never find your way.
Live and learn!

Despite having never played the game, I think this song is awesome!
At times, the lead singer even sounds like Freddie Mercury!

If I had a Dreamcast or a Gamecube, I would. I've just started watching someone play through the game (with commentary) on YouTube. Thankfully, he stays quiet during the cutscenes so I can experience the story. I would rather experience it myself, but a video playthrough will do, I guess.Lewis wrote:Also Skul Sonic Adventure 2 was an amazing game, you should play it.
