That sounds the sort of world I'd want to live in. I wonder how he would cope in a world where he was the minority and didn't have such immense favour from everyone else for throwing round some pig-skin.

He would set up a "Welcome, Nerd Haters!" website. On second thought, he's probably done that already in this world.

Is this praise or criticism?

Seriously, someone should buy Samdaman a copy of Season of LIfe by Jeffrey Marx and tell him to pay attention to Joe Ehrmann's definition of masculinity.

Samdaman? Reading a book? Now there's a mental image I can't really visualise, unless it's full of pictures of men grabbing each other with lists of stats beside them.

Sorry, Earl, but there are always going to be plenty of people in this world who view competitive sports and aggressive behaviour as the only way to "be a man", and people who don't indulge in these pursuits so gladly are going to get called all sorts of homophobic names. Why? Do they honestly think that a) gay people don't do any of these so-called "manly" pursuits either and b) choosing not to act a complete moron or submit to peer pressure makes a person "gay"? Those who understand the idiocy of this system and choose not to be a part of it are the ones who are sadly going to have to suffer for it. There's a lot of idiocy in this world and it mainly exists in guys like Samdaman whose only interests in life are "acting tough" and "not being a pussy".

OK everybody!

Let me settle once and for all, what is gay and what is masculine.

Sports is gay!

Image

Jock are bullies, and that makes them cowards and pineapple-sucking wimps!

Image

I rest my case!

Now, science is really cool and like, super Macho!

Image

We love the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night!

Image

Astronomy rules!

Image

Science is masculine and sexy!

Sports is like a plate of Fail Fries slathered in Double Mild Weak Sauce with a side order of SUCK!

Again, I rest my case.

NEXT CASE!
ImageI'm fat and sassy! I love to sing & dance & stomp my feet & really rock your world!

All I want to hear from an ex-jock is "Will that be paper or plastic?" After that he can shut the fuck up!
Heah comes da judge! Heah comes da judge! Order in da court 'cuz heah comes da judge!

The third picture is hilarious by the way. Good work with that one. How can American football players be so homophobic towards nonathletic students when what they enjoy doing has more than a few homosexual overtones to it? Utter hypocrisy.

Sports is not only gay, but also infantile!

Hey! Ohio State is awesome! Pick a more inferior school, such as Penn State or Iowa :p

Inferior? Wow, bit extreme to class some other people as inferior because you don't support them or they're not from your area. And I believe, seeing as how Fat Man hates sports, that he really isn't going to bother singling out a particular team to make fun of, but rather just take any football team and mock them. It's not a personal vendetta against your team, but against ALL teams. You've got nothing to worry about.

And ":p" won't count for an avatar here. This is probably the avatar you were trying to get:

I wasn't actually saying that I think they're an inferior school, it's all in the fun of a good college rivalry. And I like ":p" better than ":P." ... :p
