Hey --nice! BTW, did you say that you used to run a site called the Nerds and Geeks Emporium? I remember that site! It was great!

Thank you.

Yes, but it was shut down.

I put up that web site shortly after the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center, and I have a page of unflattering thing about Islam, Islamo-fascism and their pedophile prophet Mohammad, all of which is true, but I guess Angelfire got some complaints from Muslims who saw my web site, and it was shut down.

It was a Pro-Israel web site and very sympathetic toward Israel and the Jews.

I registered it as a .com web site and I no longer had it connected with Angelfire, but I still used the Angelfire Web Shell to edit my pages.

If I could have switched to a different web shell editor I might not have lost my web site.

Well, I'm going to be more careful this time.

CENSORSHIP, eh? That sucks. The Nerds and Geeks Emporium I remember seemed sort of focused on anti-jock material and resources --but it might have branched out -I forget. It and another site was the inspiration for SportsSuck!

Yes, I had a lot of Nerd And Geek stuff, and lot's of Anti-jock stuff, and links to all kinds of Anti-jock web sites and a page title JOCK CRIMES - THE ACLU HALL OF SHAME!

And I had links to Pro-Israel web sites, and a page on Jewish Music.

I'm going to add a page on Jewish Music to my new web site, the same songs I had on the old web site. I'm fortunate that I still have my music files on my computer to up-load to my web site.

It's going top take time to add all this stuff.

Awesome. I linked to your website from my blog. You're welcome in advance for the thousands of people who don't read my blog that will come to your site. I'm nothing if not humble. And awesome.

This evening, I updated my web site.

First I added another page titled THE FOURTH DIMENSION AND BEYOND. It's all about multi-dimensional geometry going up to The 7th Dimension!

You'll have to scroll down toward the bottom to find the link.

There I will be adding more links in a list of my own web pages.

Also, in the background music on my Homepage, I lowered the volume settings so the music won't be too loud.

Then, I made some color changes in some of the paragraphs so that it is not all gold colored text.

On my new page, THE FOURTH DIMENSION AND BEYOND, the background music is Alpha, by Vangelis, which is from the soundtrack from Carl Sagan's COSMOS which first appeared on the PBS network back in 1980. It was a 13 part episode all about Astronomy, and the music from the TV series is absolutely beautiful and haunting!

OK. A friend of mine called me and he said that my HOMEPAGE didn't appear right.

The background is suppose to be black. He said in looked more like a dark off-gray.

He also said that the gold text looked more like yellow.

On MY browser it looks just fine!

But if there are any problems with the appearance of my web pages, then please tell me so I can correct any problems you might have in viewing.

Thank you.

OK. I see what the problem is.

I'm using the Mozilla Firefox browser which is really cool.

My friend here in El Paso, whom I was talking with on the phone, he uses the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

I also have the Microsoft browser, but I never use it.

But tonight I did, and my web page looked pretty well messed up. In some places the fonts were way too big, and some places, way too small and the background music was way too loud.

So, I went back in, and re-edited the HTML, so that my web page would look the same in both the Mozilla Firefox AND the Microsoft browsers.

But I can't do jack-shit about the volume settings on the background music. Not if you're using the Microsoft browser.

The volume setting works just fine when I'm using my Mozilla Firefox browser, but no matter how I change the volume settings, there is no change in the music volume when using the Microsoft browser.

So, those who are using the Microsoft browser, you'll have to manually turn down the volume on your speakers.

I'm really sorry about that.

Then I used my Yahoo browser, and still, there was no change in the volume of the back ground music.

But the web page looked almost the same as it dose in both the Mozilla Firefox and the Microsoft browser, except the fonts appeared larger, and the back ground music was louder.

The Yahoo browser sucks even worse then the Microsoft browser.

Now for those who are still dumb-ass enough to use the AOL browser . . . well . . . . .

FUCKING FORGET IT!!!

If you're still using the AO-HELL browser, you'll need to go get yourself a length of rope and a kick-stool.

Or perhaps you prefer sleeping pills and some hard liquor.

A gun is much quicker!

Or just switch over from AOL to something else, like, Mozilla Firefox, and LIVE!!!

Anyway . . . . .

When it come to Mozilla Firefox vs Microsoft . . . . . . .

FIREFOX KICKS ASS!!!

Image

I rest my case!

NEXT!!!
