Sorry, but I don't buy it for a second. Most athletes I know are very chill people off the field/court, and I find it hard to believe any athlete would find it hard separating their in game attitude from how they treat women.

Duke Lacrosse case was proven wrong, as was Kobe Bryant.

Good article. But what is "accidental rape"?? That must be the type of rape basketball and football players are involved with. Inadvertant rapes.

No pro athlete needs to rape a girl, they pretty much have their pick of who they want because they have so much money. Those are all decent points, rape sometimes is about power. From what I've seen/heard/read it mostly comes from weird dudes. When some random college or high school athlete does it gets a lot of press because it's a rare story.
