I used to prefer NBA live to the 2K series, but then I decided to switch after playing 2k at a friend's house. The gameplay is a lot better, because I thought it was far too easy to get blocks and steals on NBA live. And for some reason I don't like NCAA/Madden for the new consoles, it feels a lot different than what I was used to on PS2.

When I realized 2K made Bioshock and some sports games (on Steam, I forget), I was . Oh well, back to geniuses of gaming, VALVE!

NCAA and Madden definitely had a tough time making the adjustment, but you should give the '10 versions a try. Both are very good games IMO.

Live vs 2k is a tricky competition. I liked Live 08, didn't get to play Live 09. I thought 2k9 was good. I would give Live the nod in graphics, but 2k a very slight nod in gameplay.

Well, here's my list in no particular order:

Sonic Unleashed
Halo 3: ODST
Resident Evil 5
Half-Life 2: Episode 3 (or whatever they'll call its bundle pack)
Gran Turismo 5 (possibly)

Eh... and that's it. I guess.

It has taken less than a year for Left 4 Dead 2, but over 2 years for the new Half Life game!? What is taking them so long!?

I don't really follow UFC but I heard UFC Undisputed 2009 is really good so I might get that too.
