Holy shit. I'm going to be honest and admit that Fat Man, I thought your post celebrating your ability to repost the links to your images was completely condescending and obnoxious. Maybe I'll think differently a day from now and perhaps I was misinterpreting the tone of your post, but that was the initial impression I got. Your celebration of "freedom of choice" annoyed me, not because I'm against freedom of choice and I'm obviously a Nazi, but because it wasn't the fact that I had to see the pictures that bothered me, it was just the fact that they are linked to this site and that's something I really don't want to be associated with. As I stated before, I didn't see that as a compromise. However, it is a moderator's decision and I'm not going to act against it, I just thought your celebration was obnoxious. Regarding the images themselves, I know you don't like the guy, I don't either, but that doesn't mean you should resolve the situation with childish tactics. As Gandhi said "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind". If you really are a smart person, you should debate him instead of using immature methods of responding to him. However, while this may offend, like I said, I'm going to let off some steam: I don't know if I view you as that smart of a person any more, in fact, I have lost quite a lot of respect for your intellect lately. I feel that the way you've responded to any opposition you've had recently has lacked good arguments and debating skills (the Brigan situation comes to mind right now) and you've relied on insults. Now, onto something else:

Seriously, just because you had a bad time in school (and believe me, I know you had quite a bad time in school) doesn't mean you should dislike it when someone succeeds academically. And no, if you believe you need to be a rich jock to do well in school, you are foolishly wrong. I've never been on any school sports team in highschool and don't play any sports at all (as you already knew), and my family is not rich. I'm by no means poor, but my family is not rich and I'm going to actually need to work to get into university. However, I've done quite well in school and have been academically successful. Even when I was in grade 9 phys-ed, even when my gym teacher would treat me as well as other nonathletic students quite unfairly, I still had some respect from him because I had excelled in his science class the previous semester and was his top student. What now? Are you going to hate me for it? Edit: The only way that I can think of in which I was punished for excelling academically and not being an athlete was by my peers, but those were immature kids who have no future in life and won't have much authority at any time in their life.
Even before I was truly bothered by the situation, I didn't find the pictures that funny. The humour wasn't that clever and no day jobs should be quit. Fat Man, you encountered bullies, and I'm sure they were thinking the exact same thing after they dealt with you. I can imagine them now, "Wow, I had a lot of fun picking on [insert Fat Man's actual name here]! I can't stop laughing my ass off just thinking about it" which would have of course been pathetic of them. Which is why I thought that statement from you was pathetic. That was when I really was bothered by the situation. Agent 47, if we're going to use these ridiculous Nazi comparisons, are you familiar with Kristallnacht? It was an event where synagogues and Jewish-owned businesses and homes were ransacked and tens of thousands of Jews were sent to concentration camps. How did the Nazis justify this? A Jewish student shot a German diplomat. In this case, we're justifying the defamation of character simply because that person was a bit narcissistic. Of course, this comparison is ridiculous, but so are your comparisons. I should add that I definitely believe that the picture OMGdudeWhat used was real, and I have no reason to doubt that.
Additionally, thanks to this situation, a well respected member has stated that his presence here will decrease. Thanks a lot Fat Man.
Now, I feel like I'm forgetting something, but I can't remember it at the moment so I'll finish off with this:
To the reader of this post, please do not associate the images that Fat Man has posted as alterations to OMGdudeWhat's with me. In fact, you should probably not even associate it with the site, and solely with Fat Man. Other than that, you should judge everything else based on each individual's reaction to the images. For the record, I don't approve of the images or the bully-like mentality that founds the images. Thank you.
